JROTC Promotion Day

Spencer had three promotion days for the JROTC this year. Each time the kids are presented with ribbons for their accomplishments. I think Spencer got 9 on this day.

He's trying to figure out which order they need to go in.

Done! Doesn't he look great! He keeps these awards year after year. Notice how many ribbons the girl has that's helping Spencer. I think she is going to be a senior this next year.
